In 2004, Tom Coughlin, former vice chairman of Wal-Mart Stores Inc., reaped total compensation of more than $19 million in 2004, according to the company's proxy report, making him the highest paid of 103 public company execs on this year's executive compensation list. Wal-Mart's SEC filings show that Coughlin was fired for 'gross misconduct'. According to Wal-Mart's 2007 proxy report, President and CEO, Lee Scott, Jr.'s total compensation was over $29 million. When are these idiots going to wake up and realize Lee Scott is GUILTY too?? Could it be that Lee Scott is paying someone off where Tom Coughlin didn't??
Things to really consider!
