This is an actual document written up by a Wal-Mart corporate level employee named Susan Chambers. It was taken to the CEO and Board of Directors of Wal-Mart. It recommends many controversial changes within the company. The changes recommended in this document would negatively effect lower level employees. Within days this document was mysteriously leaked to media. After it leaked, Wal-Mart officials held public meetings saying that the documents were all rubbish and would never come true. But over the past few years, MANY of the recommendations have come true.
