LISSA’S: Dear Sherman Wal Mart 947 and its Communist, Meat Head Managers,

Oh this place is such a joke... I've never seen such a joke in my life. Guess that's what you get when it is run by a brain dead drunk and a bunch of brain dead managers. First I want to express my sincere congratulations to the managers (including some department managers) for coming up with some of the stupidest crap I've ever heard. Obviously these brain dead pricks have never worked on the floor giving customer service. Then again why should they. They are in a position to point fingers and threaten to fire you over some stupid ass shit. I know this all from experience. The latest genius decision was made up by a department manager, that only one person at a time is allowed to leave the department. Well there are many people in that department that have to take lunches and breaks. (Fact according to Wal Mart policy: work 8 hours or more in a day, then you get two 15 min breaks and one hour lunch). Well if you go by that department manager's "rules", then some people will have to skip breaks and take lunch later than their 6 hour mark. (Again, I know from experience that if you go past 6 hours, the communist management will target you, write you up and even terminate you.) Wonder what OSHA would have to say about your facility....? Well this store and its bone head, communist management love to take people out of their own department and stick them in other departments. Soooo, you're telling me to screw everyone else's lunches and breaks because there would already be one person out of that department. Also, are the employees supposed to tell customers, "sorry, I can't help you now, this tight schedule we are running doesn't include you". Nice customer service you idiot management of 947! Of course you don't really care. You communist idiots are so freakin' wrapped up into yourselves that you just push the blame on your slave workers. Again I know for a fact, that this IS factual. I used to be one of your slaves. Every one of you need a good reality check.. and some piss beat out of you wouldn't hurt either. Every since Fake Boy (Bryan Lambert) took over 947, there has been more and more dead head decisions after another. Again, I guess that's what you get when you let a drunk idiot take control. You managers deserve a Darwin Award, the top one.
